Welcome to Divine Decor & More's Shipping Policy section. Here, we aim to provide clarity on our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We understand the importance of a well-defined shipping policy, and our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We constantly strive to improve our shipping processes to meet your expectations and exceed them whenever possible.

We will send the confirmation email once the purchase is complete and then items will be shipped typically within 2-3 business days after we receive the order.

Once the package is shipped you will get an automated email with the tracking details and estimated date of arrival. We use USPS to send all items.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For free shipping: For orders over $150 in total value (excluding any taxes), we offer free shipping in US. 

Divine Decor and more is not responsible for :

  • Incorrect entry of shipping address by the buyer.

  • Delays with USPS shipping.

  • For damage, lost package or missing package marked delivered by post office, please contact your local post office to obtain any information prior to contacting us.

  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the postal service directly prior to contacting us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will do our best to deliver the right product to you and make sure customers are happy with the services. We will always be there to make things right for you. However, Please read our policy before contacting us.

Please Note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout.

 

Product Disclaimer:

 

As most of our products are handmade there can be some slight variation in color and/or craftmanship. 

We thoroughly inspect the product before shipping. However as the products are delicate and handmade, there can be minor blemishes during the shipping and most of the issues can be addressed using simple glue. 

Defects or Problems with your order ?

Please contact us within 2 days if you received any defective or damaged item. Item will not be qualified for return or replacement if you do not contact within 2 days of delivery.

When making a return, you must include the photo of the damaged product in the email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
